I’ve been a full-time Realtor for over 10 years.  I have a substantial background in Customer Service and Marketing.  Some of my previous jobs have been Marketing and Media for musicians and Record Labels.  I worked for 12 years in the Music industry.  Several of my clients have Gold Records and one year I helped with media for 4 of the 5 musicians and Record Labels nominated for the Grammy Award!

I believe in continued education for Realtors and I take courses and seminars every year to sharpen my skills and keep updated with new trends in Real Estate.  Last year I took a Staging and Marketing seminar that has really impacted how I look at homes for sale.  It’s helped on both the sellers and buyers side of my business.  A well staged home can sell faster, and for more money, than one staged poorly or not at all.  Also, a well staged home may appeal to a buyer while the specifics of the home may NOT be what that buyer is looking for.

I moved to Milwaukee in 1988 from Upstate New York.  I am married and live in New Berlin, after living for 15 years in the Washington Heights neighborhood.  I was President of the Washington Heights Neighborhood Association for 2 terms and served as a board member also. 

I live by the “You Get By Giving” philosophy, and credit my Mentor and Business Coach, Floyd Wickman, with encouraging my work to mentor new agents and share knowledge and experience.
